How do I get a picture to appear next to my comments?

Go to Gravatar.com and register. You MUST use the same email address as you did to register for the membership site in order for your chosen image to appear on comments within the site. Please also note that this image will then appear on any gravar-enabled blog (and that’s almost all of them), where you use THAT email to leave a comment.

How can I change my Password?

You can change your password by clicking on or just mousing over “My Account” in the top navigation bar. A drop down menu will appear. Choose “My Profile“. Here you’ll be able to change your password or any other details in your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in 2 ways.

  1. You can log into your Paypal account and cancel your recurring payments there.
  2. You can contact me and I’ll cancel it for you.

Why can’t you simply cancel through the membership site? This is a security measure from Paypal. My site doesn’t have the power to tell PayPal to make changes to your account (nor should it). The Payments must be cancelled through Paypal directly.

When you cancel, you’ll continue to receive the coaching calls for the rest of your 30 day period. You cannot cancel after 15 days and get a refund for 50% of the membership fee. Each payment buys you 30 days worth of access. Think of it like a magazine subscription. When you cancel, you don’t send back half the magazine. You simply don’t receive the next issue.

Please also note that even if you cancel, you will continue to have access to all the content that was released to you.

I’m a member of the subscription Program. How do I get access to the calls that were published before I joined?

All calls are available for sale individually on the Individual Audio Recordings Page. Please note: Subscription Members are eligible for SPECIAL PRICING. Please ensure that you’re logged in before you shop – or the option to purchase the calls at the lower prices will not be visible.
